Our appointment system has changed
If you need Medical or Nursing advice call the surgery on 01294 605141. Your call will be answered by the Receptionist who will ask for details of your condition. Our Receptionists have been asked to do this by the GP. They are trained to signpost you to the most appropriate clinician. They are not being nosey.
The GP or Nurse will call you and triage you, If an a face to face appointment is necessary the GP or Nurse will arrange an appointment to see you. Home visits are only available for patients who genuinely cannot come to the surgery and are classed as Housebound.
